Overview
Due to the intimate nature of the products sold, there are limitations to what can be returned. Most items must be tagged, in original their unopened/untampered packaging in order to be eligible for return. Our return period is 30 days from the date of delivery. To find out if your purchase is eligible, refer to the category below that is most relevant to the item you are looking to return.
LINGERIE/Bondage:
· Must be in original unopened packaging to be eligible for return.
· Any intimates that come packaged in boxes must be returned in their unopened and untampered packaging.
· When applicable, tags must be attached.
· Any signs of use or wear will disqualify your item from being eligible for return.
ADULT TOYS:
· Must be in original unopened packaging to be eligible for return.
· Any signs of package tampering will disqualify your item from being eligible for return due to health and safety concerns.

My Item has a defect, can I return the item for a refund or exchange?
If you are experiencing a manufacturer defect with your product, please reach out to our customer care team at (—). We will be more than happy to troubleshoot the issue or provide you with manufacturer warranty information when applicable.
What if my toy is broken or doesn’t work?
All products are covered by a 30-day warranty.
Defective products will be replaced with the same product within the warranty period only.
If you receive a defective product:
Email customer service with your order number & a description of the defect. If applicable, attach a picture to the email showing the defect.
What if the product measurements are different?
Some product packages list inaccurate measurements. We have measured every item and listed the accurate measurements on our website. This is why the measurements on our website may differ from what is listed on the product packaging.
All measurements may vary slightly, especially along the shaft of an item. Measurements may vary due to variances in the manufacturing process. We do not provide refunds for measurement discrepancies.
Undeliverable Returned Packages
We are not responsible for shipments lost due to an incorrect address.
Please verify your address is correct before placing your order.
All undeliverable returned packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover additional & unpaid shipping costs. If an order is returned, we will send a notification by email. We do not refund shipping fees.
