My item has a fault, can I return the item for a refund or exchange?

If you find a manufacturing fault with your product, please contact our customer service team on (-). We will be happy to help you rectify the fault or provide you with manufacturer’s warranty information if applicable.

What if my toy is broken or does not work?

All products are covered by a 30-day warranty. Defective products will only be replaced with the same product within the warranty period.

If you receive a defective product: Send an email to Customer Service with your order number and a description of the defect. If applicable, attach a picture to the email showing the defect.

What if the product dimensions are different?

Some product packaging lists inaccurate measurements. We have measured each item and listed the exact measurements on our website. Therefore, the measurements on our website may differ from those on the product packaging.

All measurements may vary slightly, especially along the shaft of an item. Measurements may vary due to variations in the manufacturing process. We do not offer refunds for dimensional variations.

Undeliverable returned parcels

We are not responsible for shipments that are lost due to an incorrect address. Please check that your address is correct before placing your order.

All undeliverable returned packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover additional and unpaid shipping costs. If an order is returned, we will send an email notification. We do not refund shipping charges.


If your order has not yet been packed by our warehouse team, we will simply cancel it and refund you in the same way you paid for it.

If your order has already been packed by our team, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you can simply refuse to sign for the parcel when it arrives and it will be returned to us free of charge for you.
