Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address once an order is placed and prepared for shipment. Due to certain specifications of payment providers such as Paypal/Paypal Express and KLARNA GmbH, address changes before/after shipping are not possible. However, most shipping providers allow you to request delivery changes directly online via tracking. Tracking is included in the shipping confirmation email you receive once your order is on its way to you.

How can I track the delivery status of my order – where is my package?

If the delivery status of your order does not change within 10 working days, please contact our customer service.
